Digital Products
Our digital products include, but are not limited to, The Brain Revival Protocol and naturopathic consultations. All Products are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.
Purchase and Payment
Purchase: By purchasing a Product, you agree to pay the specified price for that Product as listed on our Site.
Payment Methods: We accept credit card through stripe.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees that may be incurred.
Delivery and Access
Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product via digital download link via email.
Access: You are granted a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for personal use only.
Refund Policy
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the Product has been delivered however if you have gone through the course and implemented the process and still not happy with the value offered you can reach out to me via [email protected] to request a refund after discussion and understanding has been met as to what disservice you received from purchase of the course. If you experience technical issues with accessing or using the Product, please contact me also at [email protected].
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with Kelly Lenehan or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Products without our explicit permission.License: Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal use only.
