My journey in cognitive health is profoundly personal. my commitment to natural health solutions is coupled with a deep personal connection to dementia
Having witnessed both my grandparents succumb to this condition, I am acutely aware of the genetic predisposition my family faces. Watching my father age with grace has reinforced my commitment to utilizing my naturopathic approach to maintain his cognitive health.
Living together, we’ve integrated dietary and naturopathic principles into our daily lives. These days we focus not only on his cognitive well-being but also on an integrated lifestyle that enhances mood and cognitive function. This experience has fuelled my passion to help other families transform their journey with dementia, starting as early as possible to ensure they see real benefits over time.

I'm obsessed with..
can't live without
I love a proper organic espresso coffee. I buy high quality whole coffee beans and make a morning latte with organic oat milk and raw honey. Yum Yum in my Tum Tum! One a day is just fine and in fact regular coffee consumption has been linked with reduced risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
binging on something
I actually used to be a binge eater when I was under high stress in the past but now I can happily say that the only thing I tend to binge on is a good Netflix series on a rainy day.
for daily self care
I like to go for walks along the beach. I am lucky enough to live a hop, skip and a jump away from the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater and get to take in the afternoon fresh air while strolling barefoot along the sand. Sometimes with a brisk step and sometimes with a slow conscious pace, each day can be either peaceful or energising experience for me.
